As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager – Civil Construction to oversee and drive project execution in Delhi/NCR.

Job Summary: We are looking for a result-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects

· Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

· Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution

· Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements

· Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues proactively

· Manage subcontractors and labor teams to achieve project milestones

· Control project costs and ensure timely completion within budget

· Implement quality assurance and health & safety measures across all project phases

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

· 8–12 years of proven experience in managing civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or institutional)

· Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and contract administration

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder coordination
