Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a background in construction or restoration, is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of restoration processes.

Proficiency with industry tools such as Xcelerate, Xactimate, Docusketch, and Monday.com is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inspection through final completion
  • Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
  • Prepare, review, and manage construction estimates with estimating software and 360° camera documentation
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Document project scope, progress, and changes accurately and thoroughly
  • Implement effective time-management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
  • Drive company vehicle to job sites, client meetings, and inspections as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restoration, construction, or construction project management
  • Proficiency in construction management practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and use of 360° cameras for documentation
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Understanding of contracts, insurance claim processes, and relevant regulations
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while remaining self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and internal staff
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, and technical documents
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA
  • Previous field experience on construction or restoration sites is highly desirable
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
