Project Manager -Retail

The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in retail, mall fit-outs, interior designing, and restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute retail and F&B fit-out projects from concept to completion. Manage mall fit-out approvals, landlord coordination, and compliance with local regulations. Oversee design, procurement, and construction phases to ensure smooth project delivery. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources; implement corrective actions when required. Ensure quality control, health, and safety standards at all project sites. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in project management within the retail, mall, and restaurant fit-out sector. Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, finishes, and MEP coordination. Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Saudi building codes and mall regulations. PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
