Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects throughout the Rio Grande Valley and our satellite office. The Project Manager will be responsible for client relations, project oversight, and ensuring deadlines, quality, and workmanship standards are consistently met.

This role is performance-based: you will receive an hourly wage plus a performance-based commission of net profits of successfully completed projects you manage. We encourage our Project Managers to think of each project as their own startup within the company — building strong teams, delivering results, and sharing in the success.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients and represent the company professionally.
• Conduct site visits, prepare estimates, and lead bid preparation.
• Develop and submit complete bid packets in a timely manner.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Track project costs, schedules, and progress.
• Support the team in achieving project deadlines, maintaining quality, and upholding workmanship standards.
• Report directly to company leadership on project status and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience in construction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; Project Management certification is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Character: Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on accountability and results.
• Travel: Must be able to travel throughout the Rio Grande Valley for site visits and client meetings.
• Other: Must pass a drug test, background check, and provide verifiable employment references.

Pay: $51,661.96 - $62,216.55 per year
