Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Riyadh Municipality Roads Operations and Maintenance project. The role involves managing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution, and ensuring that project timelines, quality standards, and financial goals are met. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the project, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and timelines.

Prepare detailed work plans and define the scope of studies required for the project.

Review and approve proposals and final formats related to project management and its branches.

Suggest and implement ideal solutions for current and future project-related challenges to ensure quality and efficiency.

Analyze and oversee all contract aspects with contractors to ensure compliance and best practices.

Manage and lead the work team, leveraging experience and leadership skills to drive project success.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.

Ensure adherence to administrative and financial guidelines, utilizing authorized powers to manage and implement project programs effectively.
Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 15 years of experience

At least 5 years of experience in similar projects.

Preference for candidates with a PMP certificate.

Proficient in computer applications and applied engineering programs.

Must be proficient in written and spoken English & Arabic.

Accredited and authenticated authorization letter from the Chamber of Commerce specifying the duration of the authorization is required.

Must hold Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation at the minimum professional engineer level.
