The Role: Roofing Project Manager / Construction Site Supervisor

We’re hiring a Roofing Project Manager who thrives in the field, leads with confidence, and is obsessed with execution. This is a hands-on, field-based construction leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll be on-site managing roofing crews, job safety, quality control, and homeowner communication from start to finish.

You’ll ensure that each roofing project runs smoothly, materials are on-site, timelines are met, and that each roof is completed to spec. You’ll also use job management software, scheduling tools, and internal systems to track and report progress.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the Front

• Launch roofing jobs with clear direction and preparation
• Direct and support subcontractor crews on-site
• Enforce safety compliance and maintain a clean, professional jobsite

Communicate with Confidence

• Be the primary point of contact for the homeowner during the roofing project
• Set clear expectations and provide proactive updates throughout the day
• Communicate internal issues quickly using the correct channels

Execute with Precision

• Review and interpret roofing work orders and project documentation
• Oversee the delivery and placement of roofing materials
• Monitor crew productivity, weather conditions, and job pacing
• Handle any change orders, supplements, or unexpected issues on-site

Own Quality Control

• Inspect the final product to ensure roofing quality, safety, and local code compliance
• Walk the job with the homeowner to confirm satisfaction and minimize callbacks
• Coordinate and complete any post-job fixes

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in roofing, construction site supervision, or field project management
• Leadership mindset with the ability to hold others accountable
• Clear and confident communicator — both with clients and internal staff
• Comfortable with job management apps, CRMs, and digital documentation tools
• Valid driver's license (travel is required)

Seasonal Workload Expectations

March–November: Full-season workload (6 days/week, Monday–Saturday), beginning at sunrise and working until completion
December–February: Light-duty off-season projects, internal systems improvement, and team training
