About the Role:

Kemat Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Scrum Master to lead our agile development teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams and stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Facilitation:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Project Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and convert business needs into actionable backlog items.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery within goals and budget.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Maintain transparent communication across development, business, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate effectively to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and facilitate user training as required.

Quality Assurance & Deployment:

• Develop and execute test plans to verify issue resolutions and ensure quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate production releases for smooth and efficient deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical application.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 and productivity suites.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in risk management, dependency analysis, project planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
