Project Coordinator (AI/ML)

• Coordinate and track progress of AI/ML projects from initiation to deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and developers to manage deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation, sprint planning, and risk management.
• Support project managers in ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Project Management.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in AI/ML or IT projects).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows.
• Strong skills in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• PMP or Scrum certification (optional)
