Job Title - Project Manager Settlement

Job Purpose

Candidate would be responsible to manage / support the Escrow Application

Overall Job Description -

Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities

• Managing partner of application & internal partners like IT / Business / Compliance / Process.
• Process & system management for escrow payment application.
• Audit, Compliance & Regulatory management for escrow payment application.

Core responsibilities

• Candidate should have thorough understanding of Payment processes.
• Responsible for implementation of payment projects, regulatory guidelines.
• Extensive knowledge of NEFT, RTGS, IMPS processes and solutions.
• Should have hands on experience of end to end payment processing & ability to get the work completed by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Financial reconciliation, settlement and clearing
• Take complete ownership of related systems, projects and compliances
• Should be adept in presenting crisp view to management on projects in the domain
• Ops & Product Hygiene management
• Complaint Management
• Process & Compliance & Certification Adherence

Technical Experience

• Good understanding of banking and financial knowledge
• Good understanding of process & systems
• Strong analytical skills, Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power point

Non Technical Experience

• Team player
• Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to understand requirement

Preferred Skill Set

Educational / Professional Qualification -Preferable MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college

Requirements

Strong domain knowledge with understanding of products across payment domain, collaborative and team management skills
