PROJECT MANAGER (SOFT SERVICES)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Soft Services) to oversee and manage soft services operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and related services.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and client expectations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address service requirements and concerns.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Soft Services Management, preferably within Facility Management companies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of FM industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
