Project Manager (Urgently Hiring)

Are you passionate about leading software projects, keeping things organized, and delivering high-quality results? We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive multiple exciting projects in web, mobile, and cloud technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Motivate and guide your project teams, promoting collaboration and clear communication.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage the development process efficiently.
• Track project performance using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and conduct post-project evaluations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with modern frameworks/languages: React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Flutter.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing project requirements and technologies.
• Energetic, proactive, and responsible attitude – someone who gets things done and inspires their team.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Age Limit: 24–27

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
