Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our projects across the oil and gas industry, promoting a strong Safety Culture, and leading Safety Culture Transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the oil and gas industry, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Safety Culture Transformation plans, engaging stakeholders and employees across the organization.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement tailored Safety Intervention Programs.
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of safety excellence, promoting a zero-harm policy and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in (Science / Engineering)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on safety and risk management.
• Skills in Client Implementation, Safety Culture Transformation, and Safety Intervention Programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
