About the Role:

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage our video editing team. You’ll be responsible for handling daily operations, coordinating with editors, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for all video projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all video editing projects from start to finish.
• Assign, track, and manage editors’ daily tasks.
• Communicate with clients for feedback, updates, and final delivery.
• Ensure project timelines are met and maintain quality standards.
• Motivate and support the creative team for better performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in video editing or creative project management (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
