Project Manager With High rise Building Experience

Job Title : Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Demonstrated expertise in site supervision, resource planning, and coordination with subcontractors, clients, consultants, engineering, and other departments.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety standards, local regulations, and quality control procedures is expected.
3. A strong capability to effectively and promptly identify and resolve technical issues on-site is crucial.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings and specifications is required.
5. Familiarity with HSE compliance, permit-to-work systems, and construction documentation is important.
6. Skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site-level reporting tools are essential.
7. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, along with a hands-on, proactive approach, are necessary.
8. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and site construction management is required

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Good understanding of project budgeting, technical proposals, and tendering.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills (written and verbal).
• UAE experience and a valid driving license & Dubai Municipality License preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
