Project Manager/Asst.Project Manager

India

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage project budget, monitor expenses, and prepare periodic cost reports.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to address design modifications, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review progress, address concerns, and provide updates to management.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Sound understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices.

Qualification:- BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
