Responsibilities:-
- Manage project budget, monitor expenses, and prepare periodic cost reports.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to address design modifications, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review progress, address concerns, and provide updates to management.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Sound understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices.
Qualification:- BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
