Project Manager/Customer success Manager

ZAPTA Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, handling meetings, and supporting opportunities for business growth while ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Plan and coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Understand technical requirements and support the technical team accordingly
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Identify and support opportunities for upselling
• Handle client and internal meetings professionally, ensuring clear outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 1 year of experience in Project Management or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
