We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of projects, analyzing bids, and providing accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other costs. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine cost estimates.
• Gather data from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
• Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Provide input on project scheduling and budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
