Project manager/Interior designer

HELP WANTED – PROJECT MANAGER / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Custom Cabinetry & Construction Company
Full-Time or Part-Time

We are a growing high-end custom cabinetry and construction company looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Interior Designer.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the design side and the construction/project management side of residential remodeling and custom cabinetry projects. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients, builders, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting clients with cabinetry layouts, selections, and design ideas
• Managing projects from initial design through installation
• Coordinating with clients, builders, designers, and subcontractors
• Reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Scheduling projects, deliveries, and installations
• Visiting job sites for measurements, progress checks, and client meetings
• Assisting with showroom organization and client presentations
• Helping clients select stains, paints, countertops, flooring, and fixtures
• Managing project details through Buildertrend and other software systems

Qualifications:

• Experience in interior design, kitchen & bath design, cabinetry, remodeling, or construction preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong tech skills are a plus
• Proficiency with design software is a plus (20/20, Mozaik, Chief Architect, SketchUp, etc.)
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage of approximately $30–$35 per hour based on experience
• Bonus opportunities paid on completed projects/jobs

Pay: $57,938.71 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Avon, OH
