Project Manager/Scrum Master

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Scrum Master / Development Operations Manager to support our product and engineering teams by driving efficient delivery, removing blockers, and ensuring projects stay on track. This is a hybrid role, requiring regular availability for in-person collaboration in South Florida, along with remote work flexibility.

This role blends agile facilitation with hands-on project management and is ideal for someone who can balance structure with adaptability while working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional engineering teams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product team to groom and prioritize backlogs, ensuring stories are well-defined and ready for development
• Manage project timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
• Track team capacity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics; communicate status clearly to stakeholders
• Identify and remove blockers that impact team velocity or delivery
• Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
• Coordinate work across engineering, product, design, QA, and other departments
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and delivery plans in coordination with the Product team
• Help ensure alignment between business goals, technical execution, and delivery timelines
• Work with the executive team to streamline operations for the development team including implementing and refining productivity benchmarking

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role in a software or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be located in or able to commute to South Florida for in-office collaboration weekly

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience in a hybrid or distributed team environment
• Background working on SaaS platforms or large-scale applications
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and release management

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
