Project Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Department in Dubai. This role provides operational and administrative assistance while helping to develop and execute marketing strategies for our projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of graphic design, digital media, persuasive writing, and communications, combined with excellent organizational skills to manage timelines and team requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Project Assembly

• Assist in the creation of marketing deliverables required for project launches.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Oversee project deliverables from execution to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
• Execute broker communications via EDM, WhatsApp, and social media for our project portfolio.
• Manage the update of all sales tools including pitch decks, sales center displays, and broker packs according to launch schedules.

Event & Project Assistance

• Assist in organizing project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and events in Dubai.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-site requirements for marketing activations.
• Ensure consistent brand representation at all project-related events.

Administrative & Reporting

• Handle documentation, filing, and approvals for marketing activities.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and task trackers.

Communication & Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with project requirements.
• Manage vendor communications, including printers, event agencies, and media partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software.

Preferred Skills

• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
