Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and implement the MEP strategy for the SBG in alignment with business priorities, sustainability targets, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Oversee planning, design validation, technical approvals, and execution oversight of MEP services-including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, BMS, and ELV systems-across all projects.</li><li>Ensure the integration of MEP systems with structural, architectural, and finishing works through proactive design coordination and cross functional collaboration.</li><li>Standardize technical specifications, drawings, and quality benchmarks across projects to ensure consistency, safety, and performance.</li><li>Drive value engineering, energy efficiency, and smart system adoption in MEP design and installation, reducing lifecycle costs and improving environmental performance.</li></ul>
