Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Operations Manager to manage on-site manpower, client coordination, and project execution activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects run smoothly, from dispatch to installation, through effective fitter and carpenter management, vendor coordination, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow between fitters, carpenters, and project teams.
  • Handle client communication, address queries, and provide timely project updates.
  • Oversee manpower deployment, attendance, and work quality on-site.
  • Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams for cost-effective solutions.
  • Track material dispatches, installation progress, and project completion timelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing after-sales or installation-related concerns promptly.
  • Maintain daily progress reports, MIS updates, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and accounts teams for seamless project execution.
  • Support payment follow-ups and ensure project-related billing is processed on time.
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or site management, preferably in interiors, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Strong team management and coordination skills (fitters, carpenters, vendors).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and vendor interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with MIS reporting.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with focus on timely execution and client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
