What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage large-scale projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
• Manage and guide multiple team members, driving performance and accountability.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met proactively.
• Plan timelines, assign resources, and track progress using project management tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve workflows.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 4+ years of experience managing large projects and leading teams.
• Proven ability to handle complex operations and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong hands on experience with project management tools ClickUp experience is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and delivers results.
