About this opportunity:
The Project Planning Manager (PPM) is the key support role to the Project Manager, responsible for the comprehensive planning, monitoring, and analysis of a project. The core mandate is to ensure accuracy across all project plans and tools to enable proactive decision-making and highlight performance issues.
What you will do:

Ensure right project planning & Config management through
-
Implementing the E-2-E planning methodology to ensure alignment of all panning objects inclusive of operational activities, resource plans, material plans, spending plans , NS, CoS and billing plans

Continuous update of the plans to map the latest realities on the ground together with close follow up on the required CRs for the changes on the project
-
Ensure all the related planning tools are updated to facilitate the readiness of the organization to serve the project accordingly
-
Interface with project financial manager, Resource demand manager, Approved Service provider manager and Order & Delivery manager to align on financial planning, resource planning, Service provider planning and material planning
-
Ensure documentation configuration management of the project is structured according to E/// process
-
Drive documentation control center process to ensure all documentation are abiding E/// process
-
To be involved in pre-sales planning activities ensuring alignment between pre-sales plans and execution
-
Ensure right project performance enhancement through
-
Structuring the right project reporting setup internally and with the customer to achieve maximum transparency on the project progress on all areas (operational, material, resources, spending, NS, CoS & Billing)

Supply the project manager with the right information together with analysis to enable the right / on-time decisions from the project manager based on ground facts
-
Ensure continuous update of stakeholders on multiple levels (Internal & within customer) with the project updates status (on total project level) related to project progress and challenges
-
Follow up on SLA and activity timelines and highlight issues related to continuous misalignment with the SLAs
-
Follow up on customer deliverables and ensuring ( through DCC ) that all documentation is in place
The skills you bring:

Education: M.Sc., preferably in engineering

Min years of experience: 4 years
-
Domain experience: Telecom Network Rollout / Construction projects / Power line projects
-
Experience with E/// project management and rollout management tools is an asset
-
Good understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy

Strong communication including writing reports and presenting
