Role Purpose:
The Project Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring interior projects from inception to completion. The role ensures that timelines, resource allocations, and project deliverables are properly structured and followed to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Accountabilities and Activities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and procurement teams to align schedules.

Break down project scope into work packages and define timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Track daily/weekly progress against the master schedule.

Flag delays, risks, and propose recovery plans or time extensions.

Update and revise schedules based on changes in project scope or client requirements.

Act as a liaison between internal teams (design, procurement, site execution) and external vendors/contractors.

Attend progress meetings and update stakeholders with project status reports.

Communicate schedule impacts clearly to management and clients.

Prepare project status reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress charts.

Maintain records of delays, variations, and project correspondence related to planning.

Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims and project close-out reports.
Knowledge and Experience:

3–5 years of experience in project analysis, planning, or controls

Background in engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries is preferred

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field

PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA certification is a plus

Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, Excel, Power BI, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project,)
