Job Purpose:
The Incharge - Civil Construction is responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves managing site execution, liaising with contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities

Manage Design deliverables for project execution within time and budget

Preparation of MIS, progress reports, dashboard reports.

Project control package and cost monitoring mechanism.

Procurement planning, inventory management and reconciliation of materials and controlling wastage.

Work done forecasting and cash flow planning.

Assigned to mixed use large projects to carry out planning activities and associated works with minimum guidance.

Project scheduling from initiation to closure. MIS, cost, and analytical reports.

Provide inputs during conceptual planning of project for design and cost optimization.

Work as interface between internal stakeholders, Consultants, and contract partners for bringing Projects from drawing board to physical execution stage and ultimately desired project objective.

Manage information flow from top management to various stakeholders

Tracking of Engineering, procurement, and construction activities for timely completion of project.

Review of Engineering drawings and Structural designs for optimization

Monitoring of drawing management process

Prepare, Review & Monitoring Annual Budget & Business Plan

Establish review & monitoring mechanism & MIS tools.
-
Scheduling & Resource levelling for optimum utilization of Men, Materials, Machinery.

Prepare, Review & analyse MIS Reports.
-
Review Project Quality & Safety Plans
-
Preparation and certification of consultant’s bill
-
Budget allocation / supplementation of various projects in SAP
-
Managing billing, SES / DPR for consultants in SAP.

Estimation & Costing, Budget & Works Contracts and Scheduling & monitoring
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
10 - 15 years of experience in Planning, Cost Estimates, Construction supervision etc.
Preferred Industry
Experience in in civil construction management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, methods, and best practices.
