Position Overview

We are seeking Project Planning Engineers with strong technical skills and practical site experience to support the planning and execution of major construction projects. These roles are essential in maintaining project timelines, analyzing risks, and supporting strategic decisions across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating comprehensive project planning packages.
• Support tender programme preparation based on contract documents.
• Collaborate with the Project Planning Manager to determine manpower and resource requirements.
• Assist in estimating cash flow and developing measurement tools like S-curves, histograms, and progress KPIs.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and flag critical paths and delays.
• Ensure QHSE standards are embedded in planning outputs.
• Prepare internal and subcontractor programmes in coordination with procurement.
• Attend progress meetings and support the creation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Aid in preparing EoT notices and supporting claims documentation.
• Provide planning-related correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning roles within the construction sector.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and familiar with industry-standard planning methodologies.
• Working knowledge of contracts, construction workflows, procurement, and QHSE integration.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
