Project Planning Manager

We are looking to hire a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Planning Engineer / Manager to join our growing team. This role has been created to support our expanding project portfolio and enhance the overall planning function within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery.

Role Summary:

• Develop and implement Project Pre and post tender stage Programme.
• Coordinate with different departments to align plans with overall business goals.
• Good exposure to UAE authority approval process.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular planning meetings to review and refine plans with project stakeholders.
• Analyze data to forecast future needs and trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to planning activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Civil).
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in planning or project management role - with a consultant and/or a client.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
