We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in water infrastructure projects and a proven track record in cost management and contract administration.

Key Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle pre-contract and post-contract activities
  • Lead tender processes and coordinate submission of tender
  • deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Read and interpret IFC and shop drawings
  • Prepare and validate detailed BOQs for pipelines, chambers, valves, GRP/D.I.
  • works Develop cost plans, forecasts, and analyze unit rates for trenching, ducting, concrete encasement, etc.
  • Prepare and defend variation submissions based on approved shop drawings
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, bespoke contracts, and subcontract terms
  • Proficient in Candy, Cost, Excel (advanced), ERP systems
  • Use AutoCAD or Bluebeam for quantity take-offs
  • Draft and review clauses related to delays, termination, insurance, and scope creep
  • Lead cost control teams and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and procurement
  • Ensure alignment of contract and project reviews with commercial and operational targets
  • Track and report on payment terms, project expenditures, and financial performance
  • Prepare cost estimates, manage progressive payments, and support variations, claims, and invoicing
  • Attend site and client meetings as
