The position focuses on driving project-based sales activities, engaging closely with clients, consultants and contractors to promote Hikvision solutions and ensure successful project implementation in Kuwait.


Responsibilities:

1. Through project market insight, tap customer project opportunities, guide customer project needs, and broaden the project market according to the company's product/solution capabilities;

2. Evaluate the competitiveness of the project market products/programs, pay attention to the functional needs of the regional market, determine the project opportunity points, and clarify the target industry and customers, product/program selection and development;

3. Undertake regional marketing planning, establish and update the basic customer database, and lock in key customers according to the classification and grading standards of regional project customers;

4. Formulate a reasonable customer development and maintenance plan, promote long-term cooperation through visits, reception, training, daily communication, etc., and continuously follow up customer satisfaction;

5. Responsible for the landing and implementation of large-scale regional projects.


Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering such as computer, electronics or communication;

2. More than 5 years of CCTV, ICT or Low voltage project sales experience, government or energy market background is preferred;

3. Strong business sensitivity, action, logical thinking ability, strong self-control, the pursuit of excellence, strong teamwork ability;

4. Good Arabic and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, which can be used as a working language.
