Project Sales Executive

Muscat, Oman

The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through effective project acquisition, client relationship management, and providing solutions tailored to the construction and real estate sectors. The role focuses on selling building materials and sanitaryware products to developers, contractors, consultants in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
  • Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for new products or solutions based on market demand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Track project timelines and delivery schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain records of project enquiries, orders, and client communications.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Oman construction market and project procurement processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Projects: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Oman Driving License (Preferred)
