The Role
- Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors to achieve sales targets and maximize market share. • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from product selection, pricing, and submittals to negotiation and delivery to ensure on-time project completion and client satisfaction. • Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to advise management on strategic decisions and business growth opportunities. • Coordinate with the principal company for pricing, approvals and product selections as per project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) with fluency in Arabic and English for effective client interaction and specification negotiation. • Minimum 4 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or team-lead capacity. • Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors; sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection. • Proven track record in achieving project sales targets; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; leadership and mentoring ability; advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency.
