Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager to manage business development in the Power and Infrastructure sector. The role involves handling key government and private clients, generating sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through proactive project engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales for Infrastructure and Power Projects (B2G & B2B segments).
- Handle government departments such as CPWD, PWD (All States), NBCC, AAI, PGCIL, RRV PNL, TANGEDCO, MAHAGENCO, and private clients like Adani Power, Renew Power, Hero Energies, Azure Power, Acene Power, etc.
- Work with major contractors including L&T, TATA, KPTL, KEC, Godrej, TRANSRAIL, Monte Carlo, Sterlite, Ahluwalia, Girdhari Lal, PNC, Baba Construction, etc.
- Understand and interpret engineering and lighting drawings for technical discussions.
- Acquire approvals for product ranges from government authorities, institutions, and consultants.
- Generate new leads from government and corporate clients, and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
- Ensure repeat business, coordinate project execution, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain weekly MIS reports and monthly forecasts for management review.
- Travel across assigned regions to develop and maintain client relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical background (Diploma / Engineering preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets and closing large orders.
- Hands-on experience with Sales CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of leading sales initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Power, Lighting, and Infrastructure projects.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
