We are currently looking for an "Project Sales Representative" for our Project Sales Team.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

Build strong customer engagement and expand network to increase our market and customer reach
Proactively provide solution with the best combination of products, services, logistics and support to customers
Take full ownership in promoting and selling dormakaba solutions to achieve sales targets
Manage the entire sales cycle, including preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, processing orders, and overseeing accounts receivable
Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts aligned with the company's strategic goals
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or relevant fields
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Access Control and Speed Gate Systems industry
Strong record of achieving sales goals within a competitive market environment
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strengths in communication, coordination, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
Results-oriented approach with a strong sales mindset and a collaborative team spirit
Solid understanding of market dynamics and key industry competitors
Skilled in delivering compelling presentations and demonstrating an entrepreneurial, goal-driven outlook
