Network & Services Operation Senior Analyst | Mid-Level | Full time

The Project Senior Analyst supports the delivery of complex network infrastructure programs by ensuring timely execution of project tasks, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between internal teams, carriers, and external vendors. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals in telecom provisioning, network deployment, or service delivery who want to build technical and operational expertise across global network programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support & Coordination

  • Support day-to-day delivery of network infrastructure projects, including Dark Fiber (DF), Leased Wave (LW), Bulk Fiber (BF), and IPOOB‑to‑day delivery of network infrastructure projects, including Dark Fiber (DF), Leased Wave (LW), Bulk Fiber (BF), and IPOOB

  • Track task progress and ensure project activities are completed according to defined schedules and milestones

Internal & Vendor Communication

  • Facilitate communication across internal teams, carriers, and vendors under guidance from senior project leadership

  • Participate in project calls, relay updates, and contribute to discussions on timelines, readiness, and risks

Planning & Information Gathering

  • Collect project‑specific data from tools such as Salesforce, BTP, and executive reports to support upstream planning, design, and requirements definition

  • Prepare information packages used by design, deployment, and implementation teams

Order & Implementation Tracking

  • Create, submit, and track orders in Pega/Workfront for adds, changes, and disconnects

  • Monitor carrier implementation progress and support end-to-end delivery activities‑to‑grave delivery activities

Logistics & Scheduling

  • Schedule installations, equipment deployments, testing activities, and cross‑connect work orders

  • Coordinate with installers, engineers, designers, and remote hands resources to ensure operational momentum‑hands resources to ensure operational momentum

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Update project trackers, dashboards, and milestone logs using project management tools

  • Maintain accurate documentation of statuses, deliverables, and project dependencies in designated databases

Risk & Issue Identification

  • Identify risks such as potential missed milestones, carrier delays, and testing issues.

  • Escalate concerns to the Project Manager promptly to support timely resolution

Documentation & Administration

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain risk/action registers

  • Validate data for downstream processing and ensure all project documentation is properly organized on the client drive


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience ordering OR implementing services I.e. voice, data, cross‑connects, leased waves, OR dark/bulk fiber

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working within telecom provisioning, service delivery, OR network operations environment

  • Working knowledge of basic cabling and fiber infrastructure (e.g., patch panels, cross‑connects, fiber types).

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-focused mindset

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency with productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, documents).

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams

  • Adaptable, able to manage multiple requests simultaneously, and comfortable working under pressure or tight timelines.

  • Familiarity with telecom order management workflows.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Pega, Workfront, or equivalent project tracking systems
