Project & Site Engineers - Construction

We are general contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in villa and commercial construction projects. We are currently looking for highly skilled and experienced Project / Site Civil Engineers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage day-to-day site construction activities
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution
• Prepare, review, and submit project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Oversee projects from initiation through completion and successful handover

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience in completing at least 5 full construction projects from start to handover
• Must hold a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) License
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Immediate availability is preferred
