Position Overview

Ducorr is seeking a highly organized and technically driven Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, site coordination, and project execution activities.

The Project Supervisor will work closely with customers, engineers, operations teams, and management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong project coordination experience, technical understanding, and leadership capabilities within engineering and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day project and operational activities
• Monitor project timelines, work progress, and resource planning
• Coordinate delivery and storage of equipment and materials
• Lead and supervise technical and operational staff on site
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Conduct and coordinate site inspections and operational monitoring
• Review technical drawings, project specifications, and project documentation
• Support project execution while ensuring quality and budget compliance
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project requirements and updates
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by management

Qualifications & Skill Set Required

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
✔ Cathodic Protection project experience is required
✔ Knowledge in project planning and coordination
✔ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Project
✔ Strong technical understanding of drawings and engineering documents
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
✔ Good contractual and risk assessment understanding
✔ Ambitious, proactive, and technically inclined

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years or 5+ years of related project supervision experience preferred
• Experience in industrial, engineering, corrosion control, or cathodic protection projects is highly advantageous
• Additional project management certifications or training are a plus
