Project Supervisor Facade

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily façade installation activities, including aluminium, curtain wall, cladding, windows, doors, skylights, louvers, and glazing works.
• Ensure all installation works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, QA/QC, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Monitor site progress and report any delays, technical issues, or resource requirements to the Project Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and project quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, toolbox talks, and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify that materials are available before installation activities begin.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to agreed schedules.
• Assist in snagging, testing, inspections, and final project handover.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues to minimize project delays.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of GCC experience in façade, aluminium, and glazing projects.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, windows, doors, glazing systems, and façade installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and façade shop drawings.
• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
