Joinery Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to lead and oversee all on-site joinery installation and execution activities. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest luxury craftsmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage joinery installation teams on-site, ensuring productivity, discipline, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Inspect and verify all joinery work against design specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and photographic records.
  • Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, Clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design queries and site issues.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site protocols, and WAVER quality standards.
  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate the procurement of joinery materials and components when required.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise site teams to improve performance and productivity.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and oversee project handover upon completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery supervision or site management within luxury interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, installation techniques, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, CAD layouts, and design specifications.
  • Proven leadership experience managing installation teams and high-value projects.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with site management software and digital documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of UAE construction standards and site safety regulations.
