Lead Office Project Coordinator
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Assist General Managers with administrative duties and proposal/project support as requested and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers and clients;
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
Liaise with internal staff at all levels;
Coordinate the sourcing of office supplies and consumables.
Coordinate office maintenance with building administration and management
Coordinate the housekeeping contract
Maintain client portals
Perform a wide range of diversified administrative functions including but not limited to answering the phone, photocopying, mail, couriers, filing and word processing;
Demonstrate a high level of expertise in Microsoft Office and act as a resource to the office;
Drafting, proofreading and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals and other materials as assigned;
Leading, collaborating with, and training a growing team on site.
Qualifications:
Saudi National with College training or equivalent experience;
2 to 5 years of administrative experience in a professional work environment;
Fluent in Arabic and English;
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office;
Excellent leadership, coordination and planning skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels;
Quick learner that can equally help other team members;
Team spirit oriented;
Can easily prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work very well under pressure.
