Project & Vendor Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT-related major.
• 3+ years experience in project management of software development projects, preferably in Finance or Investment industries,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal customers and IT teams to coordinate the projects.
• Experienced in the implementation of classical and agile project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and software product development techniques (e.g. SDLC),
• Hands on experience with project management tools
• Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Project management certification is a plus,

Responsibilities

• Manage software development and/or customization projects according to the milestones/deadlines
• Develop and manage detailed project schedule and release plans using related tools,
• Own and manage the project plan throughout the project life cycle, manage the delivery of tasks and dependencies in accordance with the project plan,
• Communicate to the stakeholders of any identified risks/issues or project delays in a timely manner,
• Lead and perform change management activities when needed,
• Manage the customer contract and lead the third-party management processes.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders
