Projects coordinator fitout

We are looking for a Projects Coordinator – Fit-Out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support and coordinate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with drawings & quality standards.
• Assist with procurement, material tracking, and logistics.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience in fit-out or construction projects.
• Knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
