• Job Purpose
  Responsible for supervising all on-site shell construction activities, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards. The role includes coordinating with contractors and consultants, conducting technical inspections, and resolving design, logistics, and sequencing issues to ensure readiness for the fit-out phase.

  Functional Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site shell construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

  • Liaise with contractors and consultants to facilitate efficient shell delivery and maintain clear communication channels.

  • Conduct technical inspections to monitor quality and compliance with design specifications and material requirements.

  • Identify and resolve on-site issues related to shell design implementation, logistics coordination, and work sequencing.

  • Verify shell works conform to approved designs, materials, and technical submittals.

  • Monitor milestone readiness for fit-out and subsequent project phases.

  Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  Preferred Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
