Experience Required: 15–20+ years in construction and infrastructure project management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the power, oil & gas, and heavy industrial sectors.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Projects Director to lead the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering mega projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

· Project Leadership: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously, with full accountability for performance, delivery, and client satisfaction.

· Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge across civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and structural engineering disciplines, with the ability to integrate and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams effectively.

· Strategic Management: Expertise in project planning, contract administration, cost and risk management, and resource allocation. Strong focus on achieving project KPIs and optimizing operational efficiency.

· Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of international codes, local regulatory frameworks, and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and negotiating with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities at senior levels.

· Leadership & Decision-Making: Strong leadership presence with analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to make high-impact decisions in a fast-paced environment.

· Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high standards in project execution, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and client expectations.

Educational Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

· Master’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management is highly desirable
