• Must be in UAE.
• Highrise expert in UAE projects.
• Education - BSc. Civil Engineering.

• Strategic Oversight: Direct all aspects of construction projects, providing leadership, defining scope, and managing project lifecycles.
• Budget and Timeline Control: Establish and enforce budgets, forecasts, and schedules to meet cost and delivery targets.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers and site teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
• Procurement and Risk Mitigation: Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and identify risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
