Projects Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise fire-rated doors and passive fire protection projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee installation activities to ensure compliance with approved standards and project requirements.
• Prepare technical submittals, method statements, material approvals, and project reports.
• Monitor project costs and support in controlling budgets and resource allocation.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and company procedures throughout project execution.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing projects related to Fire-Rated Doors, Passive Fire Protection Systems, or the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of passive fire protection standards, fire-rated door systems, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Valid Qatar Driving License will be an added advantage.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar will be preferred.
