We are seeking a dedicated Projects Manager to join our dynamic team at a mid-sized construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to foster relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
