Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Project Manager / Executive Coordinator to support and coordinate project activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and facilitating the successful execution of assigned initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across multiple domains.
- Act as a professional point of contact for stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment.
- Support strategic planning and operational tasks.
- Track project milestones, progress, and risks, and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within timeline, scope, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct follow-ups, maintain communication logs, and address project-related queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and progress summaries for management review.
- Support administrative, logistical, and operational activities associated with project execution.
- Identify potential issues proactively and escalate them to the Management.
- Maintain project files, records, and data in an organized and accessible manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in project coordination or project management roles.
- Highly presentable, professional, and confident demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
