Projects Planning Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate activities related to housing relocation and community development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Plan, prepare for Identifying the operational projects resources, and clearly define roles and responsibilities of the team in the projects in accordance with Tanmiah’s policies and procedures.
• Identify suitable options for fieldwork requirements in coordination with relevant entities.
• Study and analyze the GIS data for projects, identifying the characteristics of properties within the scope, and developing detailed plans for fieldwork.
• Collect, analyze, and process other data to ensure the accuracy of information used in decision-making for project planning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning.
• Strong knowledge of the real state industry.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh or the other branches around the kingdom.
