Projects Support Specialist.Core Network Development & B2B

Job Purpose

To assist and support the direct Manager and CTO in all the administrative tasks related them and
to achieve the department's tasks and objectives on time.

Report To Position Name

1- follow up to achieve monthly activation target through managing links in his/her pipeline.

2- Work closely with Enterprise B2B solutions, Transmission planning and Telecom deployment teams to ensure proper planning and execution for customer links and monthly target achievement.

3- Closely monitor customer delivery technical part SLA with an eye on End-to-End customer SLA

4- Frequent update with project/link status for customers through various communication channels (phone, email, meeting)

5- Plan the project life cycle from receiving the order from over the system till delivering the service and getting customer acceptance

6- Validate project order to confirm that request

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or another relevant discipline; technical or non- technical backgrounds

Minimum 0 to 6 Month Experience.
